1. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Nigeria using trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, product availability, and courier capacity.

  • Within Lagos: typically 1–3 working days
  • Outside Lagos: typically 3–7 working days

Shipping fees are shown at checkout and may be updated from time to time.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation via Paystack. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. We will notify you when your order ships.

3. Returns & Refunds

Because many of our products are perishable or personal-care items, returns may be limited for safety and hygiene reasons. If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged in transit, or quality concern), please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Where a refund or replacement is approved, we will process it as quickly as possible according to our internal policy and courier timelines.

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
